Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other people’s use of it. Respect the rights of others when using or sharing content.

What we offer

We supply and fit the products and services described on this website. Every job is priced in a written quotation, which sets out the work, the materials, the price and the expected timing.

Quotations are free and stay open for 30 days. The quotation says whether VAT or any other tax is included.

To go ahead, accept the quotation in writing or by email. We may ask for a deposit before we order materials or start making anything to measure; the quotation gives the amount. The balance is due when the work is complete, unless the quotation says otherwise.

We will agree a start date with you and keep you up to date. Dates can move because of weather, supply delays or other things outside our control, and we will tell you as soon as we know.

Please give us safe access to the property, with power and water where the work needs them, and tell us about anything that could affect the work, such as hidden pipes or cables or rules that apply to the property.

We carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, using the materials in the quotation. Any guarantee on our work, and any manufacturer's guarantee, is set out in the quotation. Natural materials such as wood and stone vary in colour and grain, so finished work may differ slightly from photographs and samples.

Photographs, descriptions and prices on this website are a guide. The quotation is what we agree to supply.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

You can cancel before work starts by telling us in writing or by email.

If you are a consumer and agreed the contract online, by phone or at your home, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to start within that time, you pay for the work done up to when you cancel. Products made to your measurements or design cannot be returned once we have started making them, unless they are faulty.

If you cancel after we have ordered materials or started work, we may keep from your deposit, or charge, the reasonable costs we have already paid or incurred.

If anything we supply or fit is faulty, or not as agreed, tell us as soon as you can. We will inspect it and repair, replace or refund as the law and your quotation provide.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
