Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information connected with this website.
Who we are
Multi-page Website Template
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business named above, which runs this website and is responsible for the personal information described here. To ask about this policy or the information we hold about you, use the form on our Contact page.
When you contact us
When you send a message with our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message and your agreement to this policy. The message is stored on this website and emailed to us, and a copy is emailed to the address you entered. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with what you asked about.
When you send feedback with our feedback form, we receive your rating, your comments, your name, your email address and your agreement to this policy, in the same way. We use them to follow up with you and to improve our service. If you choose to post a review on another website, such as Google, Facebook or Trustpilot, that website’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it.
Comments
If you leave a comment on this website, we collect the details in the comment form, and your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. A code made from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it; its privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible with it.
Visit statistics
We count visits to learn which pages are useful. Our statistics set no cookies, use no browser storage and store no IP addresses, and they cannot recognise you from one day to the next: each visit is counted with a code that changes every day. They record the pages viewed, links clicked, searches made on this website and that a form was sent, with email addresses and long numbers hidden. What you type into a form is never recorded.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies make the site work and remember your choices. With your consent where the law requires it, we also use cookies for preferences, statistics, embedded content and marketing. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies this website uses and what each one does.
If you visit our login page or log in, WordPress sets cookies that check your browser accepts cookies, keep you logged in and remember your screen choices. Login cookies last for two days, or two weeks if you choose “Remember Me”, and are removed when you log out.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this website may include embedded content, such as videos, maps or images. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you had visited the other website. Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with that content, including when you have an account and are logged in to them.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal information. The companies that host this website and deliver its email process it for us, only to provide those services. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages sent with the contact form for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them. Comments and their details are kept so that later comments from you can be approved automatically. Visit statistics are deleted automatically after a set period; only daily totals, which hold nothing about individual visits, are kept for longer.
If you have an account on this website, we keep the information in your profile. You can see and edit it at any time, except your username.
What rights you have over your data
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it. This does not include information we must keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. To ask, use the form on our Contact page. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
